Before entering the business world, Leah Rose L. Monte de Ramos, LPT, was a dedicated teacher driven by a desire to mentor others. Her passion for helping everyday people achieve financial independence grew from her own struggle, as a lack of capital initially kept her from breaking into real estate.

Determined to turn that hurdle into a mission, she partnered with Ken Yu, who joined as Chief Operating Officer and provided the key strategic connections needed to launch their short-term rental business. By pairing Leah's grit with Ken's industry network, they built a successful venture without major initial funds, proving that resilience and the right partnership can open doors to real estate wealth.
